How to Contact Xbox Support & Xbox Live Policy Enforcement Team — Complete 2026 Guide

Struggling to reach Xbox Support or the Enforcement Team? Dannny0117 breaks down the exact links and steps to contact Xbox Customer Support live chat, phone support, and the Xbox Live Policy & Enforcement Team (XBLPET) for ban reviews, suspensions, and account issues.

Hey! Welcome to Dannny0117's Xbox Support Guide. A LOT of you have been struggling to find the right links to contact Xbox Support — so I put together this page to save you time and get your issue fixed as fast as possible. Bookmark this and share it with your friends!

Important: Xbox Support CANNOT help you with enforcement actions. If you were banned or suspended, you need the Xbox Live Policy & Enforcement Team — not Support. They are two completely different departments.

Xbox Customer Support

These are the official ways to reach Xbox Customer Support for account, billing, and technical issues:

Misusing Xbox Support (including phone, Ambassador Chat, or Live Chat) can result in additional enforcement actions. Always be respectful and follow the rules.

Xbox Live Policy & Enforcement Team (XBLPET)

The Xbox Live Policy & Enforcement Team handles bans, suspensions, and enforcement actions. Unlike Xbox Support, XBLPET has NO live chat or phone number — the only way to contact them is via a Case Review submission.

After submitting a Case Review, an XBLPET agent will review all available data, re-examine evidence, and consider any new information you provided. Note: Xbox device bans are NOT eligible for Case Review.

Why Was I Suspended or Banned?

Here are the most common enforcement action types and the Xbox policies behind them:

Abusing the Xbox Home Feature (Game Share) is against the Xbox Terms of Service. If you've been banned for this, no one can help you — including Support and XBLPET. Don't do it.
