I jumped on Fortnite STW to solo grind some Venture zone XP when out of nowhere, my ex-best friend joined my lobby.
I was shocked! But they asked if we could play like old times. I was cautious since people warned me not to trust them. But part of me missed the fun we had, so we ended up running high level missions together for hours.
It was...strange. Enjoying the gameplay like old friends but both sensing the awkwardness in the air. I'm still unsure if I should fully forgive them, but it did feel good revisiting our power duo days.
